Meagan J. Petrolias
Meagan J. Petrolias joined the firm in May of 2023. Her interest in family law began through an externship with the Prince William Commonwealth Attorney's Office, where she participated in daily hearings and trials on a heavy Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court docket. Mrs. Petrolias was inspired by this work, which consisted largely of providing assistance and guidance to victims of domestic violence, including children. She finds that providing assistance and support to clients going through a difficult and confusing time to be the most rewarding aspect of working in family law.
Mrs. Petrolias' primary practice areas are child custody, modification of child custody, child support, modification of child support, and select Protective Order hearings in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. She also has experience with Appeals from the JDR Courts to the Circuit Court. She has appeared in many jurisdictions, including Prince William County, Fairfax County, Stafford County, Warren County, and the City of Winchester and Frederick County.
